EMCD Mining and Coinhold Wallet are Now Separate Products

EMCD Mining and Coinhold Wallet are moving into two separate products, each focused on a different set of user needs.

EMCD Mining is the dedicated space for managing mining activity, from connecting and monitoring workers to tracking hashrate and payouts. In the EMCD Mining, miners can monitor performance, manage setup, and keep track of mining results in one place.

Coinhold Wallet is focused on managing and using digital assets through products such as Grow, Payment Card, Exchange, Staking, and other services. In Coinhold Wallet, users can hold, exchange, grow, and use their digital assets within one app.

The transition is happening gradually, so some users may still see parts of the previous experience for a limited time.

What Changes for Miners

The EMCD Mining app is available on the App Store and Google Play. If you mine with EMCD, we recommend downloading the app and continuing to use it as usual to manage your mining activity.

If your payouts previously went to your EMCD wallet, nothing needs to change. If you use an external wallet, just make sure the payout address is correct.

What This Means for Your Funds

As EMCD Mining and Coinhold Wallet become separate products, you may have questions about where your funds are, what happens to existing balances, and whether you need to take any action. Here’s what you need to know.

Funds already held in Coinhold Wallet remain there and do not need to be transferred to EMCD Mining. Mining-related data, including rewards and payout history, is now available through EMCD Mining. The separation changes where you manage each product, not where your existing wallet funds are held.

Why Is There a New Address in My Payout Settings?

If your mining payouts previously went to your EMCD wallet, we have automatically set up your Coinhold Wallet deposit address as the payout address for each supported coin.Coinhold Wallet is the same wallet you previously used within EMCD, now operating as a separate product. You do not need to change anything — your mining payouts will continue to be sent to your wallet.

To check the address, open Coinhold Wallet, click Deposit and select the relevant coin. The deposit address shown there should match the address in your EMCD Mining payout settings.

Why the Payout Time Has Changed

As mining moves into a separate product, mining payouts are also processed independently from Coinhold Wallet operations

Because of this, the standard payout window has changed from 06:00-09:00 UTC to 12:00-14:00 UTC. This change affects the payout schedule only and does not change the amount of mining rewards.

No. Funds already held in the Coinhold Wallet remain there. Mining-related data and payout information are now managed through EMCD Mining

Do I need to transfer anything manually?

No. The separation of EMCD Mining and Coinhold Wallet does not require you to manually transfer funds between the two products. If your payouts previously went to your EMCD wallet, no action is required. If you use an external wallet, make sure your payout address is correct

I don’t recognize the payout address. Has it been changed?

The address was added automatically and belongs to you — it is the deposit address of your Coinhold Wallet. You can verify it by opening Coinhold Wallet -> Deposit and selecting the relevant coin. The address should match the one shown in your EMCD Mining payout settings

Where can I see my mining payout history?

Your mining rewards and payout history are available in the EMCD Mining app

Why can I still see mining in Coinhold Wallet?

The transition is being rolled out gradually. Some existing users may continue to see the previous interface for a limited period before mining fully moves to EMCD Mining

What happens to the mining referral program?

The mining referral experience will move together with EMCD Mining. Existing referral details and rewards will continue to be handled as part of the mining product

What should I do if a payout does not arrive?

First, check your payout status and payout address in EMCD Mining and make sure the new payout window of 12:00-14:00 UTC has passed
